Atlanta Film Festival serves up some great horror


It’s time for the Atlanta Film Festival and once again,they’re showcasing some of the best films from multiple genres PLUS a great block of short films. And as usual, we’re bringing you some of the horror films which will be featured. These films will be shown at the 7 Stages Theater on March 25th.

Synopsis:

“When Karian plans a weekend getaway with her new best friend Cloudy, she is upset to find out that Cloudy has invited her childhood friend, Sasha, a has-been actress, to join them. Tensions escalate quickly after the girls decide to take daturas, a dangerous psychotropic drug that blurs the line between real and imaginary. When Karian makes a chilling discovery during a hike, no one believes her, leading to a final show down between her and Sasha.”

Featuring 3 Horror Short Films:
1) Waste – Roger gets to know his roommate Olive over a series of meals, which become increasingly strange and push the limits of his curiousity.

 

2) Creswick – While a young woman helps her father pack up his house, they are both increasingly aware of the presence that they always knew was there.

 

 

 

 

 

 
3) Home Education – A girl is convinced by her mother that her dead dad will be resurrected if they show how much they miss him. That is, until he begins to rot…
